I bought contact's for me, glasses for my child. They ordered the wrong contacts.

Then i get a message a couple weeks later they are ready. I come in, they still have the old contact's never ordered the new ones. It took almost 2 months!! My childs glasses became scratched and the arm broke.

I bought the extra warranty. They are refusing to fix or replace the glasses. I have 4 months left on the warranty. I am currently waiting on a manager.

Every time i come here i leave angry. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
